For this reason, today UP Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak will hold a minority conference in Kundarki and will seek votes from Muslims for BJP candidate Ramveer Singh Thakur.
Ramveer Singh is also seen working hard in this by-election. Earlier, Ramveer Singh Thakur was seen asking for votes in the Muslim Sabha wearing a netted cap and Arabic scarf. These days, slogans are also being raised in the campaign in Muslim areas, “There is no distance, there is no gap, Ramveer is our brother.”
BJP has not won since 1993
Let us tell you that Kundarki seat is a Muslim dominated seat. There are about 3.95 lakh voters here, out of which Muslim voters are about 2.4 lakh i.e. about 60 percent. BJP has not won Kundarki seat since 1993, BJP is trying to change this history. By-elections are being held here after SP's Ziaur Rahman Burke became MP. Whereas Samajwadi Party candidate Haji Mohammad Rizwan is a Turk Muslim. Kundarki has so far had 13 MLAs, out of which 9 are Turkic Muslims. Among the approximately 2.5 lakh Muslim voters in Kundarki assembly constituency, there are around 30 thousand Muslim Turks. Here Pasmanda Muslim voters are more than 1 lakh while there are 50 thousand Rajput Muslim voters.
'Muslims are angry with SP'
At the same time, BJP Minority Front President Kunwar Basit Ali told India TV that Samajwadi Party has always fielded candidates from the Turkic Muslim community due to which the rest of the Muslim community is angry with the Samajwadi Party, they feel that they should also get representation, hence they Turki will defeat BJP's Thakur Ram Veer Singh by defeating Muslim candidate Haji Mohammad Rizwan.
