Disadvantages of eating too many eggs

Eating more eggs will produce more protein and there are not as many enzymes to digest the protein. This may increase the load on the kidneys. In such a situation, the kidneys will have to work harder to remove toxic substances. These enzymes also start affecting the liver. At the same time, eating more eggs provides more Vitamin A to the body, which creates the risk of osteoporosis with age.
