In the 115th episode of Mann Ki Baat programme, PM Modi made a special appeal to the countrymen. Before the festival, he asked people to adopt various habits, out of which he laid maximum emphasis on being local and being vocal. He encouraged people about self-reliant India. During this, he told that 10 years ago there were many things which were difficult to imagine, but now India has achieved them. He said that self-reliant India is no longer a government campaign, but it has become part of people's lives. Now it has become a part of people's lifestyle.

PM Modi told all the countrymen to realize the dream of self-reliant India during the festival season. Shop keeping the slogan of Vocal for Local in mind. He said that whatever new startup or innovation you have seen around you, share its photo on social media.

Told about digital arrest

In this episode of Mann Ki Baat, PM Modi also talked about digital arrest. He first played an audio related to digital arrest. After this he said that youth of every section are becoming victims of digital arrest. People who do digital arrest collect all the information about you and extort money from you by scaring you. He suggested three steps to deal with this. He said stop, think and take action. He said that by doing this you can save yourself.

PM Modi mentioned Firdosa ji of Jammu and Kashmir, who has given a new identity to Kashmir through his calligraphy. Apart from this he also mentioned Sarangi player and Cheriyar painting. He also told about Butluram Mathra ji of Chhattisgarh, who is working to save the civilization of the tribals. He said that different people in the world are getting mesmerized by Indian culture. Also told about the theatrical adaptation of Kalidasa's Abhijnana Shakuntalam in Russia. The imprint of Indian literature in the coldest city of the world is a matter of pride for us.

mention of fitness

PM Modi said that people of the country have become more conscious about fitness than before. People are visible everywhere in the park. He said that Run for Unity will be organized on 29th October. Everyone should participate in this and share the mantra of fitness with unity. He finally took the initiative to keep the children and the entire family fit.
