How to do Parvatasana Yoga
To do this yoga, first of all sit on the yoga mat in Dandasana posture, spread your legs in front and keep your hands next to the body and sit in Padbhasana posture. Now place your right foot on the left thigh and left foot on the right thigh and take deep breaths slowly for 5 seconds. Then you join your palms in Namaskar Mudra and pull your hands above the head.
